Sharepoint Application error
I have already posted to the Sharepoint discussion group but I think that
this is a more general dotnet.framework error than a Sharepoint error.

I am getting the following error with Windows Sharepoint Services 3.0. Does
anyone know the quickest method to correct the error described below. I am
using Windows Server 2003 R2 with Active Directory.

The current identity (NT AUTHORITY\NETWORK SERVICE) does not have write
access to 'C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\Temporary ASP.NET
Files'

Thanks,
Steve

Re: Sharepoint Application error
Somewhere, someone, though it would be clever to use this folder for
temporary file.
This is obviously not the case.
It is so obviously wrong I suspect a configuration error somewhere in some
custom code.
