Designing toolbar like application.
Hi
I want to design a toolbar kind of application (NOT IE toolbar), rather a
stock market update kindof toolbar that would show at the top of the screen,
and will occupy that top area permanently meaning that other applications
will not be able to occupy the area occupied by toolbar. How can I do so in
..NET windows forms.

Please note that I am not talking about 'always on top' kind of feature,
rather a docking kind of feature on windows desktop.

Any solution to this problem in .net windows forms.

Thanks.
Rick
