Can not grant permission to ASPNET with WinHttpCertCfg
I'm using Windows XP and VS 2005. I created a certificate with MakeCert.exe.
But when I tried to grant access permission to ASPNET, it always prompted
"Error: Access was not successfully obtained for the private key. This can
only be done by the user who installed the certificate." Any one can help?
