We purchased a certificate from VeriSign.  At the time of the purchase I had 
used IIS on my server to generate the request key for the certificate.

I want to use the certificate to protect a web serivce via WSE 3.0.

Was that not the correct thing to do?

If I import the certificate they sent me via the LMCerts tool, it doesn't 
show that I have the private key.

I must have missed something somewhere.
