 In 2003 we had a nice button in the  device toolbar that generate the CAB 
files with a click, where is this button in 2005?????

in the "New Project"-dialog you can create a new CAB-Project.

Yes, I did that at the end, but weird why that nice & helpful button was 
removed :(

Once you create your cab file project you can add the primary output from all 
associated projects.  This will add the exe, dll's and all dependent dlls.   
Keep in mind that this may include CF files that may need to be manually 
excluded.
