microsoft.net framework    
After installation on a new pc, I am getting two errors KB928365 AND KB928366 
when trying to download windows updates, I have been over all discussions of 
these two and seem to be lost still on how to repair. I did not have trouble 
installing on a different computer, confusion has set in and request 
assistance.
