RAS Connection

Hi guys,
I need a component (free or ....) for VS2003 netcf 1.0 to create a ras 
connection. I have nsoftware.ipworks.ndial but I can't configure all options 
like
Use software compression
Use IP header compression
Use server-assigned IP address
Use server-assigned addresses

Have a look at the Configuration Service Providers - the PPP one in 
particular. They are easy to use as long as you know XML.
