If a user is added to a role and later that user is renamed in Active 
Directory....

1) should the User ID in the role change accordingly?

If not,
2) Is it possible to get this to change without re-adding the user?
3) Will the component still work for the user even though the names are 
different i.e. is it based on security identifier from within AD?
