I am trying to repair my .Net Frameworks (1.1 and 2.0). I keep getting "The 
installation source for this product is not available" error. I have several 
programs that require them, including my web site.

I have VS 2003 and VS 2005 which are not working now, even after 
reinstalling VS 2005. his all started when I was trying to upgrade VS 2008 
from Beta 1 to Beta 2 and had to "clean" and reinstall all of my .net 
frameworks. But they still won't work.

Did you read the readme file for VS 2008 Beta 2, there are some serious issues that can arise where simply reinstalling may not be sufficient.  If listed the file should provide a solution to the problem.
