I've got code to rotate a tif that works fine if the tif is generated from 
the Word MODI printer, but not for tif files coming in from our fax server. 
I'm assuming the files are in different tif settings / compressions / etc.

Is there a way to detect the settins, pre-process, and then perform the 
rotate?  I'm simply using Image.RotateFlip().
