Problems with ACTIVE SYNC
Hi group

I have upgraded to the latest version of ActiveSync. When I try to
download my compact access files I am given an error. I have since
learned that .cdb is no longer supported with ActiveSync.

So what I am to do? I have legacy apps that are running all over the
place and the clients are starting to bitch. I need the current version
of ActiveSync for my new apps but also need to be able to convert .cdb
to .mdb

Suggestions?

Re: Problems with ACTIVE SYNC
Active Sync 4.2 is about as far as you can go w/cdb. We found that
devicetodesktop still worked w/it just not desktoptodevice.

We ported our order managment application to SQL compact VS2005 and are
really pleased with the database improvement. There's really no comparison.
We're also able to still support PPC 2003 while going forward to Mobile 6.
