I seem to be having a problem where my application automatically uses the 
proxy server settings from Internet Explorer for remoting but it ignores the 
bypass list also configured in Internet Explorer.  I'm using .NET 1.1.  Does 
anyone know how to get the thing to use the bypass list?  I'd like to avoid 
programming my app to always ignore the proxy server incase I need to use it 
someday.  Thanks.
