OK, can you please tell us which version and edition of Windows you are
using so we can suggest a good group for your question?
This .NET programming group is not likely to yield too much in the way of
help.

Thanks for the reply I have a HP/Compaq Presario sr 1619uk with
Windows xp home, version 2002 with service pack 2 I hope this helps thank you.

It helps me show you how to find an appropriate group for your question:
You need a Windows XP group, rather than in this .NET programming group.
To find the group you need:
http://www.microsoft.com/communities/newsgroups/en-us/default.aspx?guid=1080912A-26C5-7040-AFDD-2224A4FEB3EA
Then open your language in the TreeView on the left, scroll down to
"Windows", open and scroll down to "Windows XP" and
select a group from that category.
