Printersettings
We have serveral problems while reading the Printersettings received from the
PrintPageEvent.

* The PageSettings are invalid when you use a HP Plotter and a custom page
size .
* The PageSettings are invalid when you use a PostScript Printer and a
custom page size
* If the printer is the default printer, access the page settings is slower
(differences between drivers are very big).

Simple test is to install a PDF printer, and use the PrintDocument to Print
300 empty pages, and every time print a page access the Margins and do
anyhing with them.
