every time I go to use my windows media player ( vista ) I can not play a 
song or video clip.  I get a message saying windows media player encountered 
a problem while playing the file.  for additional assistance, click web help. 
 I am no computer whiz, all I know is the web help isn't  helping and when I 
had windows XP I had no trouble playing music or viewing clips in my emails. 
Please, any help from anyone would be greatly appreciated.
