Assembly.LoadFrom(...) throws exception _HResult = -2146232800    
Dear ALL,

upgrading from v1.3 to v2.2
calling Assembly.LoadFrom(...)
on a pocket pc 2003 se
throws an exception with  _HResult = -2146232800

Please advice
