Assembly.LoadFrom(...) throw exception _HResult = -2146232800    
Dear ALL,

upgrading from v1.3 to v2.2 on a pocket pc 2003 se the
Assembly.LoadFrom(...) throws an exception with  _HResult =
-2146232800.

Please advice
