I want to report a bug in Windows 2003 can you please tell me the exact link 
or email address for Windows 2003 where I can put the bug information.

Thank RobinS for the reply actually  https://connect.microsoft.com/default.aspx
is giving me a bunch of option for different products of Microsoft but not 
for Windows 2003. After a lot of search I found a link for Windows 2003 
http://support.microsoft.com/oas/default.aspx?ln=en-us&prid=5826&gprid=36983
and its say that you should pay $99 for each bug and I think it's not 
cool.....
