Computer does not boot
Please help me! My computer at home will not boot for some reason and I don't
have any idea what to do. I have had the computer for several years with few
upgrades, and recently, when I turn the computer on, it reads OK until it
gets to the WINDOWS XP screen (where the little dashes run across the
srceen), then I see a blue screen with (I think) words on it, but only for a
split second. Then it dissappears and my computer tries to boot again. It
repeats this cycle until I turn it off from the back switch. I really don't
know what to do to fix it. I tried to put my boot disc in, but it doesn't
seem to read it. Any help? Thank you in advance.
